There is more to exhibiting than simply booking your stand. If you want to stand out from the crowd, then why not make the most of our sponsorship opportunities either prior to, or during the show. Whether you want to target specific audiences or create brand awareness across the show, all of the opportunities listed can add value to your presence and help you make a greater impact on the day. All these opportunities can be tailored to suit your own marketing objectives.

Supplement your presence on the Optrafair website by sponsoring one of the most visited pages on the site with your own company banner/logo and/or hyperlink to your website.

Optrafair TV provides a unique opportunity for you to develop your own television commercial/advert to run on our unique channel ‘Optrafair TV’. Your advert will appear on the website in the run up to the show as well as on the plasma screens located around the exhibition hall. The adverts will also be placed on the Optrafair website post show for maximum exposure of your brand.

(Prices are based on a 20 second advert)

Exhibitor Promo (interview, voice over, music, graphics, DVD copy, music, graphics)
£2500 + VAT (1-2 minute advert. ½ day shoot at client(s) location)

Exhibition Promo (shot in exhibition hall at show, interview, voice over, graphics, music, DVD to use as event handout) £1500 + VAT (1-2 minute advert shot during show)

Promote your company with your logo on 15,000 carrier bags that will be offered to all visitors and gain exposure across a wide audience SOLD

This is the opportunity to book time slots onto the Optrafair staging area. These can be for product launches, fashion shows, and question and answer sessions. These will also include hire of models for the fashion show, PA and AV equipment. Each session is 25 minutes.

There will be 36 posters around the hall for visitors to collect CET points. There is the opportunity to sponsor a poster to place in or around your stand.

  • £250 per poster for FMO member
  • £300 per poster for non-FMO member

Your unique opportunity to sponsor the VIP lounge on the exhibition floor. Visitors, exhibitors and conference delegates will be able to network in this area and relax with complimentary refreshments.

Sponsorship includes:

  • Your company name and logo on all visitor promotion mentioning the VIP Lounge
  • Your company name and logo on signage within the VIP Lounge
  • Your company name and logo in the official event catalogue where the VIP Lounge is mentioned
  • Your company name and logo on the Optrafair website

POA

You can feature your logo on 10,000 complimentary pens on offer to visitors in the bags £3000.00

Place your company name and logo on carpet tiles within the aisles to advertise your company and direct visitors to your stand (approx 1sqm).

  • £2000.00 for 10 Tiles

Located at strategic points throughout the show to direct visitors, You Are Here Boards offer you the opportunity to highlight your own company to ensure visitors know exactly where to find you. Two boards per hall, total of four boards.

  • £3500.00 for overall sponsorship
  • £500.00 for individual board

10,000 lanyards to be given to all exhibitors and visitors with their badges, including production £5000.00
