behalf of the FMO and we are committed to protecting your

We collect and request information about visitors to our website

personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable.

your name, company, email address, phone and fax number and event
details or enquiry details.
- If you choose to subscribe to one of our email newsletters, we
record your name, email address, mobile number, postcode, year of

We request this information so that we can answer your pre-sales
questions, inform you of important company or product news and
fulfil your orders. We store this personally-identifiable
information on our own secure servers, and we retain it for our
permanent company records.

and the website visited before arriving at one of our sites. We may
also track the pages visited within our sites. We use this
information in aggregate to understand our visitors better, and to
learn which sections of our sites are most and least popular.

information or offers regarding upcoming events, products or
services. If you do not wish to be contacted by us about upcoming

provided in order for us to action such a request.
How Do We Protect Your Information?
We record the personally-identifiable and
non-personally-identifiable information described above on our own
servers and databases. We do not sell, share or rent this
information to anyone outside the FMO, and access to it is
restricted to employees of FMO and NEC Managed Events who have a
specific, job-related need for it. In addition, our servers
are protected to attempt to prevent unauthorised access by
outsiders.
Do We Use Cookies?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information stored by the web

tailoring your return visits to our sites, or to assist in
